What is the return method, and do I have to pay a return shipping charge

① Return label 

The 1st return label of each order is free (for all customers), and each additional return label for the same order costs no fee if the return reason of the package is cause by us. If not, please kindly pay return shipping fee when you issue the return at the shipping courier.

Note:

If you are going to return multiple items from one order, please return them together using one Return label to avoid additional fees.

② Self-Sending

(Return by yourself with your own shipping method and at your own cost.)

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days from the delivery date to decide if an item is right for you. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased on tezonclothing.com for return. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Tezon Clothing Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

2. Please note that the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, personal & health care, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).

3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

4. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

NOTE: Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-Tezon Clothing products.

How do I find the return label I generated?

Find the returned order in “My Orders” → Check your orders → Copy tracking number of item you want to return → Take picture of item and proof → Return order

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Tezon Clothing Wallet or the original payment account per your request.

Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).

Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

Please send back your package to our warehouse at Group 323, Quarter 16, Binh Tri Dong, Binh Tan, Ho Chi Minh.

Unfortunately, due to the current situation, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
